Order Prints
Tuxedo residents can
order original photographic prints inspired by
Tuxedo Park: The Historic Houses. Property owners can order prints of their own houses. James donates 15% of his profits to
Tuxedo Historical Society.
Inspired by the traditional engraver's craft, James prints with pigments on an oversize sheet of German etching board. This archival process gives his prints their characteristic radiance. He adds his signature in the wide paper margin.
Prints can be mounted and framed to the same standards as James's Chelsea gallery prints. A custom hardwood frame is hand-joined using wood spines – just like fine cabinetry. The completed frame is sanded, stained and polished to a rich tone that complements the individual image. Finally, the print is protected behind a sheet of glare-free, UV-filtered Museum Glass.
Prices:
• 12x18-inch image printed on 19x24-inch German etching board: $900, or $1,300 in hand-built frame
• 30x40-inch image printed on 43x54-inch German etching board: $1,500, or $2,200 in hand-built frame
Please note that the proportions of any individual photograph might differ slightly from these dimensions.

Commission an Estate Portfolio
Property owners can commission a unique portfolio featuring twelve or more original views their property, including exteriors, interiors and gardens. Shooting can be phased over the course of a year to capture all seasons.
From a wide variety of proofs that James will deliver, a client can select her choice of images to be printed for the portfolio. James will print these images on 16x20–inch sheets of German etching paper, which are then bound into a handmade portfolio covered in tooled leather or silk. As an alternative, prints can be matted and presented as a boxed set, together with a mahogany architect's easel for displaying individual prints.
An estate portfolio is both a record of provenance and a work of art to be passed down through the family. Please
